Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were certainly huge for Hong Kong standards, but unfortunately, they were very dirty and far from the airport. The service was a mix, with helpful late check-in assistance alongside really rude and poor customer service experiences. The location was far from tourist spots but had a beautiful surrounding atmosphere. The dining options varied from below expectations to fabulous. Overall, a place of contrasts with room for improvement.
The hotel offers spacious rooms equipped with everything we need, but some rooms are hot and smelly. The staff are very nice and helpful, which makes up for certain shortcomings in customer service. The location is convenient, especially for visiting family and friends, but the hotel is not aesthetically pleasing. The dining options are varied and tasty, though the pricing for certain meals could be better. The facilities are overall satisfactory with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was cozy and pleasant. The rooms were lovely and warm, offering a nice bathroom and a good selection of international TV channels. It was quiet, allowing for a peaceful rest, but unfortunately, the room was not ready upon arrival, which was a bit inconvenient.
Being attached to the mall was convenient for quick shopping needs, and the spacious room provided the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay at HKD $4xx. Despite the value for money, the room was quite spacious, making the price worthwhile.
During my one-month stay, the hotel had some drawbacks like outdated rooms without a particular design, a covered smoke detector indicating previous smoking inside, and a musty smell as if not frequently used. Despite these issues, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, especially for being in Tin Shui Wai, with the light rail station right outside the hotel. The dining options were not very impressive, and the facilities could use some updates.
The hotel offered a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were not as clean as expected with stains visible but were overall tidy. The staff was friendly and polite, although limited English proficiency hindered some assistance. The location was good for travel but far from the city center. The dining experience was satisfactory for the price. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the presence of the doorman was a bit intimidating. The service was friendly and helpful, yet lacked professionalism. The location, although not close to major tourist spots, had its charm with beautiful surroundings like Ginza square and a nearby mall. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with limited food options over multiple days. The facilities were decent, catering to basic needs.
