The hotel rooms were certainly huge for Hong Kong standards, but unfortunately, they were very dirty and far from the airport. The service was a mix, with helpful late check-in assistance alongside really rude and poor customer service experiences. The location was far from tourist spots but had a beautiful surrounding atmosphere. The dining options varied from below expectations to fabulous.
